Online Womens Circle

What if you had a place to connect with other women, a place where you felt listened to and really heard?

A place for you to feel held and nourished.

A place for you to learn more about yourself through reflective journaling and practices to connect back to yourself? Circle provides the space and practices to do this.

Circle is a space where you can come and be you.

A space for you to pause, be guided through a journey of reconnecting to you.

A space where you can speak your truth.

A space for you to listen to and connect with other mothers.

A space where you will be listened to without interruption or comment.

A space for you.

What happens in a circle?

Each circle is different but usually includes:

  • Grounding meditation and relaxation

  • Be guided through an inner journey and followed by reflective journaling prompts

  • Sharing what is in your heart with the group and witnessing other women’s sharing

  •  Gentle movement practice to get out of your head and into your body

  •  Release and intention setting practice, to integrate your circle experience into your everyday life

  • Laughter, tears, and connection.

No date set currently but please reach out and let me know that you are interested.
Circle will run for 75 to 90 minutes

via Zoom

Circle is not recorded to allow for a space that feels safe enough for women to feel comfortable sharing.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land in which I work and live, the Wurundjeri people and pay my respects to the elders past, present and future. I acknowledge all of the mothers who have birthed and mothered on this land before me.
