Meet Brielle

Social Worker. Counsellor. Coach. Womens Circle Facilitator. Group Facilitator.

Supporting mums at all stages of their motherhood journey.

Hi, I'm Brielle.

Motherhood and pregnancy is life changing. And at times very challenging.

My own experiences of conception, pregnancy, birth, loss and mothering have been varied, at times very challenging - leading to my desire to support other women through these stages of life.

I provide counselling, motherhood and parenting support to mums who are experiencing challenges in their motherhood journey, to move towards more calm, confidence and joy.

I work with women to redefine their vision of motherhood, away from the unrealistic version of motherhood we have been told it 'should' be, and towards creating a life and motherhood that feels more fulfilling and aligned for them, in the process guiding women to reconnect with who they are, their own needs and to their own wisdom as mothers.

We can look after our needs and be great mothers. It isn't one or the other. When we look after ourselves it flows into our mothering and family life in positive ways.

My approach is warm and nurturing, and I work from an holistic framework, utalising a combination of different evidence-based approaches such ACT, Compassion focused therapy, mindfulness-based, narrative and somatic approaches.

I am an Accredited Social Worker with additional training in coaching, Womens Circle facilitation, Motherhood Studies, Birth Story Listening and mindful early parenting group facilitation.

I am also a mum of four ranging from early primary school to early 20's so understand the challenges and joys that come with motherhood.
