Are you feeling that quiet pull toward something deeper?
That nudge that says there has to be more than this—more connection, more meaning, more space to actually hear yourself again.

Maybe you’re craving conversations that fill you up instead of draining you.
Maybe you’re longing for a place where you can exhale, soften your shoulders, and be met exactly as you are—no masks, no performing, no pretending you’re fine when you’re not.

Maybe you’re craving to reconnect with parts of you that feel a little forgotten.

A place that feels nourishing.
A place that feels grounding.
A place where gentle growth actually feels possible.
This is circle.

And this is Bloom.

WHAT IS BLOOM?

Bloom is a 10 month‑long, deeply supportive online circle for women who want richer conversations, meaningful self‑exploration, and a more connected relationship with themselves. It’s a grounded, heart‑led space designed for the woman who’s ready to explore her own needs, desires and feel held.

Because here’s the truth:
Most women don’t have a space where we can do this in our everyday lives. But most women crave it.
That is where circle comes in, sitting (even online) with other women while you explore more of yourself, and share your story is so powerful.

It is medicine.

Inside circle, you get to speak your truth and be fully seen in it—without being given advice, without needing to justify yourself, without overexplaining.
You’ll hear your own experiences reflected back through other women’s stories, and something inside you will soften as you realise: I’m not the only one. I’m not carrying this alone.

Circle isn’t just self‑care.
It is Soul care.

Bloom gives you ten months of community, self‑nourishment, deeper self‑connection, and meaningful conversation. A space to slow down, grow gently, be held through the challenges and the celebrations, and reconnect with the wisdom you already carry.

In Bloom, you’ll find a monthly rhythm of connection, self-exploration, reflection and intention setting, that supports you through the full spectrum of your 2026—your growth, your challenges, your unravelling, your becoming. You’ll receive tools to steady yourself in the harder moments, practices to bring you back to your center, and a community of women who listen without fixing and witness without judgement.
You already hold your own wisdom.
Bloom simply gives you the space to hear it more clearly.

Who is Bloom for?
For the women who crave to deeper, meaningful self-exploration and conversation with other women.

For women who want a space to be seen and heard, without being offered advice and solutions (you know what you need and the process of circle exploration, speaking your truth, and hearing other womens stories will likely allow you to find it within yourself)

For women who are wanting a space to explore more of who you are, what you need, what you want.

This space is created for you—to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Each time we gather, my intention is that you walk away with:

-
A deeper understanding of your patterns, needs, and desires
-
Clarity on what you’re ready to release and what you want to invite more of into your life
-
A sense of being seen, heard, and supported
-
The knowing that you are not alone in your experiences
-
Connection to other women
Over the months, my hope is that the shifts you feel within these circles ripple into every part of your life, bringing more alignment, ease, and joy.

To feel a sense of blooming into more of yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bloom
What Bloom circles are not: Circle is not a replacement for therapy but it can feel very therapeutic to be in circle. Circle is not a space for you to discuss your trauma in detail - while circle is a space for you to feel heard and witnessed, we need to use discretion in our sharing so that we do not cause trauma to other participants. Your trauma experiences are best discussed in one to one therapy where we can spend the time to process and heal and you get the support you need.
Do I have to be a mother to participate in Bloom? Bloom is designed for women. My primary clients are mothers or women who are pregnant on in their conception journey so it is likely that most of the Bloom participants will also be but is has not been created exclusively for mothers.
What are the themes of the monthly circles? Themes are not set in stone as I like to create circles based on the needs of the group. Themes are likely to include: Connecting with our Aliveness, Boundaries, Releasing what needs to fall away, Reconnecting with our body, Reconnecting with our needs and desires, Relationships, Anger, Taking up Space in our lives/world, Creativity, Receiving Themes will be decided once the group comes together and I can see what the needs of the group are.
How many women will there be in circle? I am unsure at this point, generally I like to keep my circles intimate. I estimate up to 10.
